Registration Fee: $450 (U.S. Dollars) per registrant
The conference fee is inclusive of a welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, Conference Gala, and scientific program and material.
A companion is any guest/s accompanying conference participants yet will not be attending scientific portion of the conference (i.e. spouse, children, etc.) Please add $175 to your total registration amount for each companion. The discounted rate for companions includes a welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, and Conference Gala.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for cancellation must be in writing and mailed, faxed, or emailed to Shorouq Shenaq, Conference Manager. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after the end of the conference as follows:
- 75% refund if cancelled before January 15, 2011
- 50% refund if cancelled between January 15 - January 30, 2011
- NO REFUND if cancelled after January 31, 2011
Please note there will be no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
